Whether they choose a cuddly new friend to build, or a toy to treasure, this is a moment of real joy and it’s included in your ticket.

What Happens in the Toy Shop & Create-a-Bear Area?

• Unlock the Magic Door – Use your Magic Key to enter this exclusive experience
• Choose a Toy or Create a Bear – One magical choice per child:
  • 🧸 Create-a-Bear: Pick your plush, stuff it, add a heart, and bring it to life
  • 🎁 Toy Selection: Choose from a special selection of hand-picked festive toys
• Optional Add-Ons Available – Bear outfits and extras can be purchased separately. Additional bears can also be purchased on the day for £20 per bear.
• Elves on Hand to Help – Guiding children through their magical moment of choice

• Best for ages 2–13
• One toy or bear per paid child ticket – Adults may not redeem gifts
• Additional bears available: Extra Create-a-Bear friends can be purchased for £20 on the day
