Important Animal Welfare Notes

At Hatton, our animals come first. That means:

• We rotate animals daily to prevent over-handling
• No handling during moulting or rest periods
• Species vary day to day – We cannot guarantee specific creatures
• All handling is supervised by our expert team

• Open Throughout the Day – 10am – 4pm
• Included in admission – No extra charge
• Hand washing before and after handling is required
